Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Charity Program Manager to lead and oversee our organization's charitable programs. As a key member of our team, the Charity Program Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing various philanthropic initiatives to support our mission and make a positive impact on the communities we serve. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, donors, and volunteers effectively.
Responsibilities
Program Planning and Development:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the charity programs in alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments and research to identify potential causes, projects, and partners for the charity programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify funding opportunities and secure resources for the successful implementation of projects.
Program Implementation and Management:

Coordinate and oversee the execution of charity programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Monitor program progress and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities, expenses, and impact assessment.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partnering organizations, donors, and volunteers.
- Provide regular updates and reports to donors and stakeholders to demonstrate program impact and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote charity programs and raise awareness about the organization's philanthropic efforts.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for each charity program, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently and transparently.
- Monitor expenditure and work towards optimizing cost-effectiveness while maintaining program quality.
Team Leadership and Supervision:
- Lead and motivate a team of program coordinators, volunteers, and other support staff.
- Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards while carrying out charity programs.
- Prepare and submit timely reports to regulatory bodies, donors, and management, detailing program progress and outcomes.
